definitely do not order tires!!Įxtreme bad experience with Walmart Online Order I urge everybody on the internet to save yourself the hassle, the trouble, and your money and do not transact business with this company. This is the second time I have ordered something from this company that has had to be canceled. I have had no communication via email regarding this transaction being canceled or that are refund was issued. It's been 10 days I have received one cent in my bank account for a refund with no explanation as to where the rest of my money is. I had to have a long chat with a customer service rep from that insisted that my refund was coming just to be patient. I had to call customer service on two separate occasions, still no refund. The day of the installation I received a notification that the installation had been canceled due to a delay. I ordered two tires from this online fraudulent company I paid over $200 for them and schedule them to be installed at my local Walmart a week after purchase.
I still haven't got my money back and I have had to jump through hoops to find out what's going on with my canceled order
